About WatchPost Media
Our Mission
WatchPost Media was built on a single premise: survivors of corporate asbestos negligence and institutional abuse deserve accurate, accessible information — not boilerplate legal disclaimers or hollow advocacy. We publish original investigative journalism, accountability reporting, and plain-language resource guides covering asbestos-related disease and Title IX school abuse.
Rights Watch Media Group LLC is not a law firm. We do not represent clients, take fees, or create attorney-client relationships. We are a media organization with over 20 years of subject-matter depth in Missouri and Illinois asbestos and institutional abuse litigation contexts.
What We Cover
Asbestos and Mesothelioma
Mesothelioma kills approximately 3,000 Americans each year. The disease is caused exclusively by asbestos exposure — a hazard that manufacturers knew about, concealed from workers, and continued to deploy in industrial products decades after the science was clear. WatchPost Media covers the corporate history, regulatory failures, and legal landscape affecting mesothelioma patients and their families.
We maintain a deep network of primary source materials: FERC filings, EPA TRI records, OSHA inspection reports, SEC EDGAR asbestos liability disclosures, patent records showing product composition, and union records documenting jobsite exposure. Our reporting draws on primary sources, not press releases.
Title IX and School Abuse
School sexual abuse and institutional cover-ups are systemic problems with documented patterns: abusers who move from school to school, administrators who protect institutions rather than students, and legal frameworks that survivors often do not understand until their claim deadlines have passed. WatchPost Media publishes accountability journalism on school districts, coaching misconduct, administrator failures, and the Title IX legal framework — with specific focus on Missouri and Illinois.
